Known as the Home of the 12th man, the Aggies home stadium is one of the most intimidating atmospheres for opposing teams to play. Texas A&M has won 18 conference championships, and two national titles in their history. They have also produced one Heisman Trophy winner, and numerous All Americans. They had a number of great rivalry games in the Big 12 conference, but those will shift over to new SEC rivalry games.

2012 Texas A&M Aggies Outlook

The Texas A&M Aggies begin their new era in the Southeastern Conference this season, perhaps entering the toughest division in all of football in 2012. The Aggies will certainly find out what SEC football is all about this season, with their first conference game coming against Florida. But Alabama, LSU and Arkansas are on the schedule, making for about as difficult a schedule in the country. And with the loss of first round draft pick in quarterback Ryan Tannehill, head coach Kevin Sumlin in his first season will have his work cut out for him.
